Eurostar luggage allowances are defined by ticket type:
- Adult ticket: You can bring two pieces of luggage and one small piece of hand luggage.
- Child ticket: You may bring one piece of luggage and one small piece of hand luggage. There is no luggage allowance for children under the age of four who travel for free.
- Business Premier ticket: You can bring three suitcases and one small piece of hand luggage. There is no weight limit, but your luggage must be no longer than 85cm at its widest point. You must also be able to lift it safely on your own.
- Prams and baby carriages: Travel for free and must be folded and stored in the luggage rack above your seat, in addition to your luggage allowance.
The sporting equipment that can be transported on Eurostar trains includes:
- Golf bags up to 20 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm can be brought as part of your luggage allowance.
- Skis or snowboards can be transported on direct trains to Bourg-St-Maurice, Lyon, Avignon, and Marseille in addition to your luggage allowance. They must be kept in a protective cover and stored in the available extra space. On all other trains, skis will be considered part of your normal luggage allowance.
