  Changes of date, time or itinerary are subject to the fare type chosen. Your options are listed below: 

  • Full-Flex: Tickets can be changed before departure without fees, but any price difference will need to be paid.
  • Semi-Flex: 
    •  Until 7 days before departure: no exchange fee, only any difference in fare will be charged. 
    • From 6 days up to 45 minutes before departure: a fixed cost per adult per leg and only any difference in fare will be charged. 
      • €30 from/to Brussels/Lille/Paris - London 
      • €40 from/to Amsterdam/Rotterdam - London
